Chappell Roan has taken over the airwaves this year with her blend of synth-pop hits, so it’s only fitting that you pay homage to one of her already unforgettable looks. Every outfit is thoughtfully considered, often with a statement behind it. There’s the Governors Ball Statue of Liberty ensemble, her Joan of Arc-esque VMAs performance, her Midwestern Princess album cover…but a personal favorite of mine is one of her “HOT TO GO!” music video outfits. It’s like a glam band leader/majorette, and it’d be a fun one to pull off this Halloween. Here’s what you’ll need.
